Join us, as we explore the highlights of Sedona - all in one weekend!

Our adventure will be sprinkled with daily hikes, gentle yoga, guided meditations and most importantly leisure/down time. The best part - you are in control of how you wish to spend your time given all group activities are completely optional!

During our time together, we’ll learn about the geology of Sedona & the science behind it’s vortexes. I’ll share stories of the rich indigenous culture & flora/fauna as the expansive views continuously take our breath away.

Our adventure will also include a visit to a buddhist temple, medicine wheel and my favorite- an opportunity to splash in the healing waters of Oak Creek- at a secret ‘locals’ spot!
